We do not offer returns or refunds in any form.
However, we are pleased to offer exchanges to ensure your satisfaction.
 
Exchanges
 
  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Items purchased on sale or during promotions are not eligible for exchange.
Exchange Shipping Fee
 
  • A standard fee of 20 AED applies to all exchange requests within the UAE.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
 
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly and make it right.
